Black tiger prawns sauteed with a savory tomato chutney, garlic and basil, garnished with a house-made spiced coconut jam.
Roasted Quail
Marinated wood-roasted Sonoma quail served over sauteed wild mushrooms and finished with a balsamic glaze.
Peynirli Guvec
Fresh local goat cheese baked in the wood-fired oven in a clay dish over a mildly spicy tomato puree, topped with a pecan sesame seed crust.
